Stacy

Stacy had surgery two weeks ago. The girl had been growing lumps, some of them getting pretty big so the vet decided that they should come out. Thankfully they were just fatty tissue. She has had to wear a cone for the last two weeks too, she is using it as an excuse to run into things and especially me!

Today she got her stitches taken out and it must have hurt because she is pouting. She has to wear the cone for a couple more days and cant have a bath until next week. Poor girl really needs one, too.

Here is Isaac's "jet ski" hair! He loved going to the cabin and riding the jet ski for hours at a time!

My furbaby is 7 today!

Stacy's tricks.

Stacy has always known a lot of tricks, but it is just recently that Isaac has been able to get her to do them. Here is one of the harder ones to get her to do....I know it is hard to see Stacy by the blue chair but Isaac is putting a piece of dog food on her nose and she has to wait until he says ok to eat it.

Today Isaac decided that he really wanted to go outside despite the wind and cold. So I said he could if he brought Stacy with him and stayed in the back yard. So he gets his shoes and coat on and says to the dog, "Come, Girl, we are off to see the world!"

Umm, ok, just stay in the backyard....

Disadvantage of having a furry sister

Isaac made a cute project at school yesterday. Using puffed cereal, he made some pussywillows on blue construction paper. It was so cute. I put it on his craft table when we got home where I usually put his school work so Todd can see it when he gets home.

I guess Stacy could tell that the cereal was food so when no one was paying attention, she snuck off with the paper. She ate all the cereal off of the paper! Naughty girl!

Isaac was so mad at her that he said that he hopes the glue on the cereal makes her sick!
