We went camping last weekend, and it was so much fun. I love camping in the fall, it is cooler out, the sun goes down sooner and doesn't come up as early so we can have a campfire earlier and still get a good nights sleep.
We decided to "rough it" this weekend and went non-electrical so Isaac could be closer to the playground. He really enjoyed that. And Todd and I enjoyed being able to see the playground from our campsite.
Isaac has also become quite efficient at setting up the campfire. Both nights, he got the "fires" ready so all Todd had to do was light it. He is also very interested in stars and constellations. He can identify a couple of them.
